These terms apply to your use of this website and to fishing trips arranged with Tenerife Fishing Experts. Please read them before booking.
Enquiries and bookings
Information on this site — including prices, durations, and vessel details — is indicative and does not form a binding offer. A booking is confirmed only when we agree the details with you directly and confirm availability for your date. Specific pricing, group-size limits, and the vessel assigned are confirmed at enquiry stage.
No guarantee of catch or conditions
Fishing depends on nature. We cannot guarantee a catch, a particular species, calm seas, or specific weather. The captain makes the final decision on where and how to fish based on conditions and safety on the day.
Conservation
We operate a 100% catch-and-release policy for all billfish (blue and white marlin). Edible species such as tuna, wahoo, and dorado may be kept where permitted.
Safety and conduct
You must follow the crew's safety instructions at all times. The captain may alter, shorten, or cancel a trip for safety reasons. If sea conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or refund as agreed at booking.
Cancellations and weather
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund arrangements are confirmed with you at the time of booking. If we cancel for unsafe weather, you are offered a reschedule or refund.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and disputes fall under the competent courts of the Canary Islands.
